Film Access Northumberland (FAN) is a Canadian registered charity dedicated to supporting emerging filmmakers and the art of storytelling. We believe art is essential - and film is today’s most powerful and accessible artistic medium.
Our work focuses on creating access, education, and meaningful platforms for young filmmakers, particularly high school and post-secondary students.

Arts access for young people is shrinking, especially in schools. FAN exists to close that gap locally, and support Ontario emerging filmmakers with real skills, real mentors, and real opportunities.
